FormlyIQ

FormlyIQ is a form-builder that natively integrates with SushiSend. Every form submission can trigger a send, add the submitter to a contact list, or tag them for a later campaign.

Connect

  1. In FormlyIQ, open your form → Integrations → SushiSend.
  2. Paste an API key from SushiSend dashboard → API keys (use a test key while you’re wiring things up).
  3. Pick the workspace the form should feed.

Common patterns

  • Lead magnet: form submit → send the download link via SushiSend → add to leads list → kick off a 3-email nurture.
  • Contact form: form submit → notify the internal team via a transactional template → send the submitter an acknowledgement.
  • Newsletter signup: form submit → add to newsletter list → send a welcome email with recent-issues links.

Field mapping

FormlyIQ lets you map any form field to a SushiSend template variable. Email is required; first name and last name are special-cased for our {{first_name}} / {{last_name}} defaults.

GDPR

The FormlyIQ → SushiSend bridge records explicit consent timestamps on every contact created this way. If you use a double-opt-in form, the contact is created with status=pending and flipped to active on confirmation click.
