Overages
Overage sends draw from your top-up balance. If the balance is empty and you don’t have auto-reload on, sends are queued until you top up or wait for the month to roll over — they aren’t dropped.
Top up
Dashboard → Billing → Top up. Balance never expires. Auto-reload can top you up automatically when you drop below a threshold.
Cost controls
Four toggles on the billing page, all enforceable at send time:
- Hard stop at monthly quota — refuse to send once you’ve used your plan’s included volume.
- Alert at 80% of quota — email the account owner.
- Cap monthly overage spend — refuse sends once overage would exceed a dollar cap.
- Auto-reload balance — top up when balance drops below a threshold.
Add-ons
SushiQ — $15/mo (works with any plan, including Free)
AI co-pilot for your email program. SushiQ reviews every outgoing email for clarity and deliverability, analyzes your sending stats and domain health against industry benchmarks, and recommends specific improvements. Enable from Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons.
Dedicated IP — $79/mo (Pro and Scale)
Your own dedicated sending IP with automatic warmup. We handle pool management. Strongly recommended only above ~100k monthly sends.
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and you’re prorated for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle — you keep the higher tier’s volume until then.
